Take the pod out of the box, assemble it by inserting the poles into the appropriate slots, fill it with water (not completely full because the level will rise when you enter), add some ice, and finally jump in!

I received the ice bath in one and a half weeks, the first times using it is a bit of a shock and I couldn't stay for more than 15-20 seconds. Now is getting better, I can overcome the first pain and I stay for minutes inside. I sleep so much better and a pain I had in my right knee disappeared!
