Returns & Refunds

a. Return Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of receipt, as indicated on the proof of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

b. Initiating a Return:

- Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

c. Return Authorization:
- Upon review of your return request, we will provide you with a return authorization if the return is deemed eligible.
- Clearly mark the return authorization on the outside of the package.

d. Shipping the Return:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error or a defective product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.

e. Inspection and Processing:
- Once the returned item is received, it will undergo a thorough inspection.
- Refunds or exchanges will be processed promptly, and a confirmation email will be sent to notify you of the status.
